User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHave always loved!: I have lived in this town my whole life-since the new owners have taken over the store looks fabulous! It was pretty run down in the past but the new owners are wonderful! They are sooo helpful, they remember not only who I am but what pets i own and their names. They are also eager to help me make decisions regarding any of my pets. The prices may be a bit higher than say maybe petsmart but the service you receive here is totally worth it (plus if you are local no drive to madison!) Even if you don't own pets i recommend checking this place out, it is so neat!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAnimal House knows their stuff: Very helpful and caring staff, they always know as soon as I walk in that I'll need a couple dozen large crickets and who they are for. They always ask about our pets and ourselves. Willing to learn about the care of our animals right along with us.
