Average WI supperclub food, yes could be compared to truckstop food. The crabcakes were the best part of my meal. Our companion liked his steak and my boyfriend liked his fish because he came knowing what to expect. Yes, there were probably a bunch of living dead sitting at the bar.

The waitstaff was slow getting to our table and there were only a handful of people there on a Friday night. The people sitting at the bar looked like alcohics that had risen from the dead. Scummy.
The food came after quite a wait and was cold and tasteless. Definitely not an experience I want to repeat!!!

I totally agree! My family had a similar experience. It is not a place to expose kids to with all the drunks at the bar, which you have to walk through to eat or go to the bathrooms. This place is also deceptive because it is not on the lake but a 1000 ft of parking lot in between the restaurant and the lake. It is rustic and should be torn down. The food was like truck stop quality.
