About:A locally-owned Madison favorite, Otto's is set in a beautifully restored 1870s stone farm house with two dining levels. The menu features creative, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, fresh seafood and charbroiled Certified Angus Beef steaks. A friendly lower-level bar serves classic cocktails and fine wines, and half-price appetizers from 3:30 - 6:30 p.m. Tuesday - Friday.     LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been going for years and have always been impressed with the wonderful food and staff! Highly, highly recommend!!

    We always recommend Otto's: Otto's is the best that Madison has to offer. As a locally owned and managed restaurant it easily beats the franchise group.

    Overall, a very nice place and setting: Food was delicious. Expensive, but we wanted to treat ourselves. Service and our waitress were very good too.
