User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIt's not necessarily a good thing when your mechanic knows you by name when you call, but I feel fortunate that the guys at Turn Two know me. They helped me through a month-long ordeal last year, replacing my engine when an oil-change place destroyed it. So I got to know my mechanics a bit better, even though I had gone in from time to time since their days on Park St. & Fish Hatchery Rd. Now, I won't go anywhere else for any work I need, and I'll recommend them to anyone who will listen.
The guys I have talked to (Scott and Greg) are friendly, professional, and thorough and clear in their explanations. They have always been happy to answer any questions I have had. They have never talked down to or misled me, and I am never pressured into work they suggest, but don't feel is absolutely necessary at that time. Honestly like that is refreshing, particularly when some mechanics could, would, and have made a lot of money on their customers' lack of knowledge.
A few months back, they even had me come back in after some work to make absolutely sure-for their own peace of mind-that my car wasn't leaking any fluids. Some may consider this an inconvenience, but I greatly appreciated the fact that they acted on a nagging feeling of concern and wanted their work to be 100% to their own satisfaction- especially since they knew what I went through with my engine. (It took 30 seconds to double-check their work-which was fine to begin with-and they took care of me as soon as I pulled in, by the way.)
It's no coincidence that all of the reviews thus far have given 5 stars. They are good guys who do a great job.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat guys, good pricing. Seem to be very honest and straight forward on all aspects of repair(s). Gave multiple pricing based on warranty of parts and completed a large repair job in one day.
Also Lubed and check entire vehicle during oil change, and let me know where it had been service was not doing the basics. Highly recommend !-
