We had recently moved to the area, when my husband had a dental emergency. Dr. Jaramillo was the only dentist that was either excepting patient or had an appointment that wasn't two months away.
After seeing my husband, her office completed a pre-authorization for the services my husband needed. We paid the amount we were told the services would cost in advance. After the services were performed we were told that we still owed approx. two hundred dollars more. This has now happened several times for services that both my husband and son have received.
Later she told my husband that she had placed a post for a crown too close to the tooth and was not able to put the crown on. On top of that the post would cause the tooth to decay and it would need to be removed. Meanwhile my 5 year old son had a bad experience having a cavity filled and will not let her near him anymore!
Needless to say none of our family members will be using her services. Our son has moved on to a pediatric dentist and my husband and I are going to try out a new general dentist in august.
I hope this one is much better!
