This place is no longer open. I tried to go in Sept 2009 and the building was boarded and torn apart on the inside.

I remember when this place first opened. It was awesome and a fun place to complete the boring chore of laundry. I hadn't been in the place for about 3 years and I was really disappointed at how many machines were out of order. How can the place make money if almost a third of the machines are out of order at any one time? It showed a definite lack of upkeep maintenance-wise. The help was efficient but I wouldn't describe as friendly. It's gone downhill but I'll still wash my clothes there if I decide to move back to Madison in the near future. It's still a cool concept. Fix your machines and you're A-1 on my list! :)

Welcome to 2007: Laundry 101 REALLY needs to get a website where they can display their hours and rates at the very least. I'm sure it would be good for business and it would be good for the convenience of those of us who want to know how much the flippin' dryers cost there.
