   VERY VERY slow. They told us it would be a few days and we waited over a week to fix our laptop. I will not use this place again.

   I have been absolutely satisified with the service from Raven Computers. Whether rebuilding my system or minor maintenance, Steve and his crew have been utter professionals. Let's put it this way, when I take my computer in for service, it's comforting to see the same faces working behind the counter. I know who is working on my machine. Compare that to a big box store. I've been so satisfied with the past work on my machine, I will only buy from Raven in the future. I do that knowing I'll get quality work with people I know and trust. And in this day and age, what is more important than the established trust when working with something as sensitive as personal computers and the info they hold.
