I travel a lot and as often go to spas. Cameo is by and far the most beautiful I have seen. It is very serene and the staff is friendly and professional. Great front desk team and a very cute male receptionist! Marge gave me the best massage ever. Def. going back next time I am in Madison

The service I had at Cameo was the express manicure. I was greeted by a very friendly woman who offered me some tea (which I didn't take, but have since heard that it's great). There were many great nail polish colors to choose from, and I eventually went with Miami Beet. The waiting room was great - comfortable chairs, magazines, and a pitcher of water. The only thing that irritated me at this point was the weird fake fireplace. When the manicurist came in, she was very friendly - however I only learned her name while paying because I was given her card. The manicure itself was very relaxing, and the hand massage was great. The manicure started chipping after less than 48 hours, which was lame. However, for $20? Totally worth it.
