Bayview Apartments

They claim the apartments are 800 square feet which is a bold face lie or a huge error in math. The apartments are actually 560 square feet and that is being liberal by rounding up the room dimensions. the building sits 20-30 feet off lake Neenah a creepy and weedy marsh like lake infested with misquotes. The tenants seem to be very nice but some are smokers which is evident by the reeking smell of cigarette smoke in the hall way through out the building; some tenants prop up glade air fresheners to mask the smell which makes it even more repulsive. Other than that the building is well kept and maintained inside and out. The current building manager is very nice and responsive to tenant needs or concerns.
