Service impeccable and food amazing--especially the fried calamari appetizer which is the best we've had anywhere and the asparagus appetizer--great! The entrees were varied and all delicious--from cassoulet to whitefish and beef stew to salmon. Didn't have room for dessert but the gelato and blueberry bread pudding sure were tempting. Good wine list--we had a fine chianti. Don't miss it!

I have been to The Trio numerous times and have NEVER been disappointed in the meal, the service or the atmosphere. It is truly fine dining at reasonable prices, and I look forward to the experience every year. I have some favorites, of course, and the top meal for me is the whitefish, done anyway, but mostly with the buttery orange sauce and pistachios. Also, for dessert, I just LOVE their pumpkin bread pudding, which is a fall item only. Yum-yum! If you head to Door County, DON'T, I repeat, don't miss The Trio.
