I used to come here at least 2-3 times a week. But now I rarely come here because of the service. Everytime I go there anymore they seem to take FOREVER. The last time I went here for some "fast food", I had to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes and I was only the second person in line. The guy in front of me even had his car shut off and was reading the day's paper! Then when I was finally acknowledged to order they said it would be a few minutes still! When I asked why it was taking so long the lady working said they were slammed with customers. My brother went in to get something from the connected Holiday station, and when he came out he said that there was 3 people in there and 2 were already done eating. I seriously could have gone to the Stillwater BK and back before I got served here. So if your in a hurry to get something to eat, I wouldnt come here.
On Oct.2,2007, I had breakfast at this Burger King. While I was there, the manager loudly corrected several employees in front of customers. I did'nt think it was very professional on her part and somewhat embarrassing for the employees. She threatened their jobs if she wasn't allowed to finish her paperwork and was quite disturbed when an employee knocked on her office door needing change for a $100 dollar bill. She said that if that happened again, to tell the customer to go somewhere else and when her door was shut it meant not to disturb her for anything. All this took place in front of customers. I decided right then and there that I would take her advice and go somewhere else from now on.
