User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsCarrie is a fantastic groomer. I can tell she really takes the time to make sure that my dog Izzy looks perfect! Izzy loves going to her and likes to prance around after her grooming time with Carrie. Izzy and I are very satisfied customers!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsexcellent service: Carrie was great with our Lucy. We needed a place for her to stay for a weekend and when we brought her to Carrie she just loved it from the minute she walked in the door. Carrie even wrote a little note to let us know how her weekend went. She also stayed one other night as well. I can't wait to have Carrie teach her more, because Lucy is a fast learner and such a great dog. I won' t have to be concerned leaving her with Carrie because she already knows who she is. Thanks Carrie for everything!!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMost patient groomer, trainer etc: Our experience with Howlin Grooming was of utmost professionalism. We have a dog Mitzi who for other groomers was quite a handful. Yes I am embarassed to say she would bite and snarl and we had to muzzle her before we left. We found Carrie and she allowed us to stay and watch. Carrie was kind and professional with a ton of patients, in the way she handled our Mitzi. This is her 4th grooming and she no longer has to be muzzled for her grooming. We think she actually enjoys them now. Every 4 weeks we say Mitzi want to go visit Carrie?! She runs to the door all excited! Thank you Howlin Grooming for the beautiful job you do on our girl.
