User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsYou have to love the food at Mickey Lu's! I moved from the area 30 years ago and I still miss the burgers and brats. I have NEVER found any place that comes close to Mickey Lu's. I am actually traveling through the area this summer and can't wait to stop.

Food is good, not so cheap. The store decor is awful It needs to be expanded and remodeled I hate that cramped feeling, A crabby response when you ask for fries doesn't help. I would eat there often if it weren't so icky inside. You could keep it exactly the same on the outside front, but bigger roomier and newer inside by pushing out the back. Keep the 50's style, but make it nicer, cleaner and fresh... Get rid of the florescent lighting. People say nostalgic, but you need to also attract a young crowd to continue in any future business. Nostalgic is just an excuse for not spending money on keeping your place up to date. The same people will still come for the burgers, but more new customers will come also.

The original and best butter burger - nothing comes close to how good this place is. The shakes are awesome too.
