    Loved the spiessbraten. It's a delicous rolled pork loin stuffed with onions & spice. It was worth the drive from Green Bay.
    My family & I look forward to trying the roulade, bacon & sausages.
    Impressive German meat market. The label with cooking instructions & cooking time is a good idea.
