My opinion.... CHEEP STORAGE IN HUDSON WISCONSIN IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST UNPROFESSIONALLY MANAGED BUSINESS I have ever dealt with! The female manager is undoubtedly lacking in business acumen and social skill. Mind you, we are approximately a ten year patron of CHEEP STORAGE (in Lakeland and now Hudson location) in which we rented two large units at a cost of approximately $160 @ month. At the time, the obviously incompetent female manager would rather we sever all ties to CHEEP STORAGE instead of resolving our relatively small complaint. I can't imagine CHEEP STORAGE ownership (according to the property tax records, Mr Dean K Hanson) would act so passively or condone such stupidity. Unfortunately for CHEEP STORAGE, the disrespect this manager showed my 80 year old mother will never be forgiven and we are moving on. My advice, TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM CHEEP STORAGE. I know I do, at every opportunity.

WARNING-DO NOT RENT WITH CHEEP STORAGE!!! I could not get ahold of anybody to rent a unit, I left several messages and nobody ever returned my call. I finally had to go down there, which was a 45 minute drive for me. I rang the doorbell several times and a woman finally came to the door named Rose. I have NEVER been treated so rudely in all my life! This woman was snotty and had an attitude with me. I needed to rent a unit there because it was right next to where I was moving, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. I rented there for several months. I sent all my payments in on time but they claimed they didn't receive one of them and they charged me outrageous late fees. To top it all off my unit was broken into because they were too lazy to close their "security" gate at night. After that I had had it and vacated my unit, but they refused to give me back my deposit. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and reported them. Don't rent with them or you will regret it.....
