User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI had my Ford Truck in for an oil change and as it turned out, I needed tires. They gave me some prices and I shopped their prices while I waited for the oil change...and Broadway had the best price out of three other tire stores.
They gave me a ride to the mall and I milled around an hour and my truck was ready to rock! They are pretty friendly as well.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThere Sales staff is super nice to you when your looking to buy a car and then once you have it, they treat you like garbage. When something goes wrong with your car or truck they say "Oh im sorry thats not under warrenty." The mangement is horrid to you and will refuse to help you in anyway. There service dept says they fixed the problem and sure enough the problem is still there. I had to take my car to another dealership for them to fix the problem the right way!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI had a wonderful experience with their service center. I was in and out within almost an hour. They were very nice and helpful. There is a comfortable clean waiting area for you with activities to entertain your kids if they're with you. They even have a shuttle service and the dealers right next to a resturant. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to service their jeep or ford.
