User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsA good place to take a family for something to eat, but a pale imitation of a sports bar. It's just an oily, greedy chain with phony employees. It just doesn't have a genuine bar-time feel, try as they might.
At this particular BWW, the employees regularly complain about their job within earshot of customers, count their tips at the bar, and are generally unprofessional in nature.
The only reason I go is to play the trivia game that they have because it's a great deal of fun. Otherwise, you'd never see me there. Kind of hard to focus on trivia when you're being asked every ten minutes if you want to order food, want to get an appetizer, or are just plain "doing alright." Just shut up and quit trying so hard to chase my dollars.
One night, I went to use the bathroom and came back to find my beer and trivia console gone (since there were all of 3-4 people in the bar area, I guess I can understand their need to get seats ready). But what was worse was the fact that they all denied they were the ones who did it. It was so elementary and really quite sad, as if I was going to try and get the guilty one fired.
So yeah, in a nutshell ... don't drink here. Play trivia on Facebook and drink at the Chatterbox or Campus Pub.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBW3 is it.: I enjoy this place a lot, i was going there early in the football season regulary so i could watch the Bears games. I have fun going there. The prices are a little high at times, but that's ok. Also it seems sometimes service speed lacks with getting drinks refilled at times. But not a big deal if you are engrossed in Grossman or playing the triva game.
