    I bought my first Guitar and I am very pleased in the service and knowledge that I had access to there. When I had a loose input jack though and I wanted it serviced I was harassed to great extents about such a minor fix on my guitar, I think that if you don't get Dick himself the store is a 5 star place with great prices, selection, and service though his service is an abomination and if the other variables weren't there I wouldn't go back again.
