    One of the best places in Manitowoc. The food is good and fast and the prices are impossible to beat. It's not a fancy place but if you just want some good eats this is the place for you!

    A GREAT PLACE TO ENJOY YOURSELF: IVE WORKED AT THE RESTAURANT FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS PRIOR TO MY NEW CAREER, NOT ONLY IS THE FOOD GREAT BUT ITS A FAMILY. EVERYONE CARES ABOUT EACH OTHER, WEATHER GOOD TIMES OR BAD, AND EVERY CUSTOMER IS SPECIAL IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. EVERY ONE WORKS TOGETHER TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. I WOULD RECOMMENT THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE WHO NEED A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND GET FILLED UP ON FOOD!!!!!

    If you only expect average...: Golden Flame is a cozy, family style diner. If you are looking for a place to have a bite to eat during the wee hours of the morning, or have a cup of soup and read the newspaper, this is the place for you. The foods that I have sampled have been average or below. The service is friendly, but only good enough.
