This is a review only from the group of 45 outlook. This is our third coming to celebrate an instillation dinner of new officers for a local club. We were happy for the 1st 2 time!!! The first 2 times we had a private room and were treated very nicely! Then came this time, we had to sit in the regular dining room with some type of gates around us to close us off from regular guest. Well this was ok, maybe! We proceeded with our banquet, but the music was loud, could not hear the people speaking. Asked for music to be turned down, was denied! Shortly after the banquet started, we were told that we could not applaud, because we were to loud. Keep in mind, this was an instillation banquet of new officers and guest speakers. To put it short, an evening that should be exciting became a dismal event. Per Mary Hall owner with her husband Jack this took place because they had another small group who called the day before and wanted the meeting room, so they gave it to them because she said they pay large among of money per Mary, but we did too. If money talks, whey did we have to be quiet in our meeting? They had 2/3 other tables in the dinning room next to our make shift banquet room. So it looks as if money talks (we had 29 X $31 = $775 plus drinks, etc) to them, they lost us after 3 years. We will not be back! Customer service is not part of their company ideas, coming from the top down, Mary. I will never go back, and I hope you do not too.
great night out: fabulous ambience and the waitstaff is top notch! Great place to do the special night out!
Don't waist your time!: Went to dinner with another couple for the Friday lobster special. The other couple had been there before & said the lobster was good, but service was terrible and assumed it was just an off night for the serving staff. Our dinning experience confirmed their first visit was not just a off night. We were served a dipping sauce and butter for bread, but never served any bread until we asked. Waiter said he forgot. Served a salad with the wrong dressing -he got 3 out 4 right. Ordered a round of drinks, waited over 20 minutes and had to complain to the hostess before drinks were served (never did see our waiter for over the 20 minutes). After a lengthy wait we were served a cold meal and once again had to ask hostess for butter and sour cream for backed potato as our waiter disappeared. To top off a evening of poor service and cold food the hostess acted like it was our fault - her attitude was condescending, arrogant and offensive (we believe she is the owners wife). As the song goes "we shall never return."

I agree!!! That hostess is awful. Here is a conversation I had with her the first night we ever tried to eat there. "Hi my name is so-and-so, we have 7pm reservations." (keep in mind this is about 10 to) "OK well we're looking at a 45 minute wait." "Why would I make a reservation if I have to wait 45 minutes to be seated?" "Well we're only 45 minutes behind, I think we're doing pretty good" "Obviously, you're not. Is there seating available at the bar?" "I'm not sure, you can go check" "Are you serious?!" "Don't give me an attitude" "Don't give ME an attitude! I just think that I should be able to be seated at 7 if my reservations are for 7!" "Look here. You have a choice to make: you can stay. Or you can go." I rolled my eyes and said "I'll stay" and after she huffed off I stole the seating chart and never looked back. Unfortunately for us, we had a gift certificate which was a Christmas present, so we eventually did return, and that went off without a hitch (and it was surprisingly tasty!)
