The primary goal of the Holy Cross School Community is to announce the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Holy Cross School creates an atmosphere in which students develop the values, attitudes and skills that will enable them to become vital members of school, parish and societal communities. The School Community, together with the family, share the Church's mission to motivate students to consciously direct their lives according to Christ-oriented values.

The faculty/staff and administration maintain a standard of excellence through programs which provide for the spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional, physical and emotional growth of each child.

In addition to a full academic curriculum, Holy Cross School offers a wide variety of supporting programs, including:

- Athletic Program
- Character Education Program
- Extended Care Program
- Family Activities throughout the year
- Hot Lunch Program
- Morning Nutrition Program
- Student Service Program
- Summer Child Care Program
- Supportive Consultant Program: Trained Supportive Consultants identify and work with classroom teachers top identify and develop support plans for students with special needs.
- Tuition Reduction Program

Located on the growing northeast side of Green Bay, Holy Cross School has been in existence for 138 years and has an enrollment of 165 students in grades EC3 to 8th grade.
