User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHenri's Music in Green Bay has the friendliest and most knowledgable staff of any music store in the area. Their selection is superb and prices cannot be beat! I have purchased band instruments and guitars from them over the past 20 years and always leave their store feeling very satisfied.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsA mix of friendly and unfriendly associates.... If you're going to visit Henri's Music in Green Bay, be prepared for an air of pretentiousness from at least 80% of those who work there. I've personally spent about $1000 here and my girlfriend has spent about $7500.00 between a piano and 2 kids in the music program at school for various instruments and they still have a way of making you feel like they're doing you a favor when they talk to you or help you out. I stood around about 30 minutes before I got a price on a drum machine. I like to kick tires too because there's always something new at a music store so I drop in from time to time to check things out. I don't always buy stuff, but I'm not a music store vagrant either. Henri's prices are average and they're not to open to haggling either. All in all, I avoid going there and take the drive 30 miles south to the Appleton Guitar Center or walk across the street to Dicks Music where they're always friendly and welcoming. The gal in keyboards is the friendliest and nicest to deal with, but I'm a guitar player.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been taking guitar lessons for a while and while that was great here I also would like to point out that the selection of all products at Henri's is strong and being what it is it has basicall whatever you are looking for in some form.

This has not been my experience at Henri's Music in Green Bay at all! I have found the staff to be the most knowledgeable and friendliest of any music store in the area! The selection is great and the prices cannot be beat.
I'm very suprised to hear comments like this about Henri's Music. I have been dealing with them for many years and I too am a guitar player. I have always found them to be friendly and offer up great advice.
