User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThey might be a good place to buy a new car from, but their service department sucks. I had my car in, in March, 2009 for a head gasket leak and a radio that did not play out of the front speakers. This was on Monday. They told me it would take a day, so I left it overnight and got a ride home from my son. They did not offer me a ride. They did offer me a rental for about $55 per day.
Well Tuesday turned into Friday before I got my car back. They ordered the wrong gasket and then rushed to get it fixed. I was not even offered an apology or any kind of rental for this whole time. I had no vehicle for almost 5 days.
I am back in now with almost the same issues in May and they won't cover all of their work. This is terrible service.
I am looking for another new vehicle beside this one that I have. I will not get one here for sure.
