User Rating: 1 out of 5 starswe visited this restaurant earlier this evening. i understand that they were short staffed, however we arrived there at 6:35 and walked out at 7:35 without a bite to eat. it seems it does not matter when you walk in or press the button for service. we had to flag down a waitress to take our order after waiting nearly 30 minutes after pressing the button. my husband even went up to see if our number was lit and indeed it was. then after finally getting our order taked, tables around us that had filled a full 20 minutes after we arrived, were served a full 15 minutes before we were forced to leave or be late for a concert. i do believe allowing 1 1/2 hours for a burger before concert time should have been sufficient. but we left unfed.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHot food and a very good almost retro atmosphere. This is a great place to meet with either family or friends for whatever chit-chat you may want to discuss. Plus, existing in the shadow of Lambeau adds to the mystique of this grill. (I wouldn't mind if they cut out the smoking though!)

I can't say enough about Kroll's West. I no longer live in Green Bay, but I sometimes find myself dreaming about a Kroll's hamburger. If you get a chance, do yourself a favor and stop in for a juicy, buttery burger on the best bun in the world. The burgers are so good, I have never had anything else on the menu.
