User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI wrote to Copp's asking why they discontinued "Our Own" deli roast beef. Never received a reply.
I went again to purchase some lunch meat and saw a sign in the case that said "Our Own Angus Roast Beef."
At check-out it came up just Angus Roast Beef. I went to the manager and asked him why they are passing something else off as the "Our Own" brand? He said he didn't know anything about that dept.
Copp's used to be such a fabulous, high-end store. Now, because of competition, I guess I can't expect too much any longer.-

Like the previous customer said the front end was great. Two fine young gentleman checked my order out and they were fantastic. Very friendly and caring. They cared about me as a person and not just as an average old customer. Their names were Chris and Matt, I think. Highly recommended.

The front end employees were great. Couldn't say the same when i spoke to the store director... he didn't know his anything about customer service, i was trying to give the man a compliment about his staff but he basically brushed me off because he had better things to do
