User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy boyfriend and I called ahead to make reservations but when we got there, the host greeted us and proceeded to take 4 phone calls before seating us. We each got a large meal consisting of Sirloin and a seafood portion. We loved the vegetables, salads - their Caesar salad is amazing!! - and bread, which were all brought to us very timely. Then the main course.. we sat.. and sat... and sat. Don't get me wrong, this is an extremely busy dining experience where one would expect to wait, but then don't bring out the salads as soon as the group is seated!! We got our meal and the potato was great as well as the seafood portion we each had. However, we each bit into our steak and it was awful! The worst steak I have ever bit into. I am still rating this experiences as excellent though because of the wonderful way it was handled. We told our waitress that our steaks tasted a little off. She apologized and asked if we would like anything in addition - we stated a piece of fish would be sufficient as we did not want any other steak! She returned quickly with fish and again apologized profusely! We then asked for our check and she said she'd discuss it with the host - they did not make us pay a cent. She stated that it's not often that they get complaints as they are well known for their food and they would prefer us to come back again with the money they didn't charge us this time and give them another try because she understands that that completely ruined our meal. It's not often these days a Supper Club actually stands behind their food! Obviously, this place has enough class and talent in cooking that they will admit to a mistake here and there when it is made!!!

This is my favorite place to eat. Do not go here in a hurry! To take this place in your need a few hours. Drinks are great and there appitizers are to die for! There have a plate of potato skins that could be a meal. I always get Chef Steve's fresh fish of the day ....outstanding. He does them different each time from cajun to cracker crusted to nut crusted! The view could not be better with halfmoon lake as a backdrop. Check it out you will not be disapointed!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFabulous. It's a little out of the way, I'm glad I called for directions. The food is great, the staff efficient and friendly. Prices reasonable too.
