    What a total disappointment for our only daughter's wedding. Ordered 175 peonies half in light pink and half in dark pink. The dark pink ones never opened for the special day. Calling them about their 100% guarentee got me a run around with no results. They are banking on no other complaints from other peony orders about problems and I'm left holding the bill!

    customer UN-friendly: I went into the store and nobody even acknowleged me until I went and asked for help 10+ mins later.
