    Thank you to Ann, who works the counter, for her great customer service! She has a pleasant smile and disposition and takes the time to make the customer feel like a real person and not just another face at the counter. I was very impressed when she waited on me on Friday (04/18/2008) and she remembered me from earlier in the week when I had been in to mail something, which, she had also waited on me at that time with her same friendliness. I can see she takes pride in her job, as she treats all of her customers as real people by taking the time to listen and chat with them. Thank you again for your great customer service --- I appreciate it!
