User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHere's a tip-- Only go in here with 5 or 10 dollars on you. Too easy to spend a pile of money in here, as everything is so good.
Have one of their kringle's, and you'll scowl at the ones in the grocery stores. Excellent bread, as well.
Being a small touristy kind of town, most of the locals have a couple of part time jobs. It was funny when we saw a clerk from this place working the deli at one of the local grocery stores. She said she wouldn't work the bakery counter at the larger grocery store unless she absolutely had to.
Update 12-6 I was up there in September, and the place was open, but it was for sale. I see their website is no longer operating. Looks like Minocqua has no bakery anymore. :(
