   We had the WORST possible experience with this company that I have had in years. They made appointments and repeatedly never showed. Our system was all messed up after installation and we nicely called to see if we could get assistance, once again making an appt and a no show, called and got aggressive and was told that Renee would be informed and a possible solution could be figured out and to call back the next day and was told they knew nothing about the situation by the person on the phone,ALSO being spoke to in an inexcusably rude tone. It seems that they are responsible for hooking up your satellite, but if anything goes wrong, tough. We now have to find someone to come to our house to try to fix it at again another expense. Did I mention that they are very effective at sending their bills? That came the day after installation.I would never recommmend this company to anyone. I am not saying that Dish satellites are bad, however, I am saying that this company should loose their license to disgrace the Dish company. When we called another local Dish installing company, they knew about entertainment solutions by their phone number. Seems there are several other people who have had the pleasure to be treated poorly and pay for it.

   I was extremely satisfied with Entertainment Solutions. They were very responsive, and the installer was unbelievable - went out of his way to make sure that everything was installed the way we wanted it, hid cables, reused inside wiring, etc. He even made a special trip back to our house when we had an issue with hooking up a new TV - at no charge.

   I am very disappointed with Entertainment Solutions. We received our Dish Network System thru them in April of 07 then we moved and we did not want the dish anymore because we were not happy with it. They never were in contact with us and in Jan 08 we recieved a 150.00 charge for breach of contract charge, charged on our credit with out our permission or knowledge. Because of this charge we ended up over the limit fee, they do not return calls, and they still call us to try to sell a dish network system to.
