    Fun all the time!: I love stopping at the bluegill no matter what the day or time maybe! The bartenders are always happy to answer all of the "tourist" questions you might have and shake for the big one!! Their new specials during the week are for everyone and the prices cannot be beat!! If you make it to birchwood you have to make that your first stop!!

    Every Weekend!: My wife and I love going to the Bluegill! It seems as though the entire town of Birchwood congregates at one of the local churches during the day and at the Bluegill at night! It is sort of a Non-Denominational Establishment that brings everyone together! Sonny Hayes is a great conversationalist and Candy keeps everybody in line (Most of the time). BerryPickers are allowed but on a short leash! Don't talk trash against the Packers either! That is a sure way to be ostrasized by the "natives".

    Sonny and Candy are the best!!!: The Hayes operate the finest establishment in the area. They are very community minded, They love their town and have given so much to everyone in this town. It does not get better than the two of them. Dee Orsund retired Postmaster of Birchwood WI
