User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy husband and I went through US Bank to get our home loan. Our banker was terrible. She never checked her voicemail and if we emailed her a question, she would email us back and not even address the question. Getting a home loan is already a long enough process, through this bank it was even more of a hassel and horrible experience. Buying a home should be exciting, but we completely frustrated and our banker was of absolutley no help. Do NOT go here to get assistance in buying a home.

yes i used to collect the quarters there and the teller was so rude when i pulled up to get my next roll i simply just closed my account and went elsewhere
