    This bar is NOT a dump!: This bar is a local bar. It is not flashy, nor boasts the cleanest floors. But this is a friendly bar, plenty of good deals on drinks, and good tables at good rates. The crowd may not always be the most prestigous citizens of Oshkosh, but they are fun and friendly. Stop in if u don't believe me.
