User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI gave them a second chance. Both times I was left waiting, and I was far from impressed with the food. I'm not sure what faux butter they mix with the mashed potatoes, but it left them tasting worse than the instant ones off the shelf.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsVery hit and miss: My friends, family and I were all very excited about having an IHOP in Oshkosh. Unfortunatly its been a bit of a let down for us all. In fact 2 of my friends will never go back.
I've been there a handful of times. Sometimes the waitstaff is friendly and attentive and then sometimes its hard to get our waitstaff back to our table when we need them. I would be more forgiving on this accessment if the restaurant had been very busy on those days when our waitstaff was less attentive but that wasn't usually the case.
On many occassions the food is lukewarm or cold by the time it gets to the table.
Portions are good and the prices are reasonable.
