The best authentic Mexican eating in the Twin Ports! I found this place almost by accident, since it is inconveniently located on the BACK of the mall in Superior (off of 28th), but the food, service and atmosphere allows me to forgive any inconvenience in finding the place.

In fact, it is the fact that it is hidden, that might help to retain the great service and outstanding food. Very affordable, and very laid-back atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable, and servings are very generous (plan on needing a carry-out box when you leave).

The Guadalajara, well in one word Terrific! Juan, the owner is always there to welcome you. My family has been going there since it opened and have NEVER been disappointed. We have tried many items the menu, however the chicken enchilada is our favorite. I will say since they have been opened, they have changed the way the fajita are made and I liked the older version better. I only have one suggestion and that would be to have a spicier version of the salsa for those of us who really do like it hot.

It's not too bad of a restaurant. Drinks are pricey. The food used to be cheap, but somehow got a little expensive. The owner is nice. The waiters can get a little crabby.
