User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsScam/Fraud. Signed up with Destination Driving School because I was told he (Dave rep/owner) has a govt grant which would allow him to refund all costs upon successful completion of the class. Not true. Waited 16 weeks for the refund (which was to arrive in 6 wks),left several phone messages with Destination (none returned) and finally went down in person. Was told by Dave they had rec'd no messages from me and he would get right on it and call me that afternoon. No call. Finally called WI DMV and was told there is NO grant program and DMV has already told Destination to stop saying there is. DMV told me they have no legal power and to contact police. Did a web search and have found many other people had the same experience as me. (Dave is a smooth talker and comes across as a very nice guy...typical of successful con men).
