We love Floors by Roberts! After shopping around for carpet at a few other places, we found FBR to have the best selection and most knowlegable staff. Installers got our entire house carpeted in one day and it looks wonderful. We will look no further than Floors by Roberts when it comes time to do the kitchen floor. :)

I had a new learning experience looking for a place to do a carpet repair job. After having contact with some less than desirable flooring places such as Craft Masters and Professional Carpet Sales, Floors by Roberts came through as a shining 4 star winner. They promptly came over to do an estimate, called back a day later with the costs, and had the job completed within a week. I was so impressed by the quality, professionalism, customer service, and selection that I had them do the entire new carpet job that I had planned to do later.

I will never bother looking anywhere else in the future for carpet or vinyl because these guys are the best-and I know because I checked some out before I decided on Floors by Roberts. These guys run circles around those other places and those other places can't even compete since they are on a completely different and much lower level. Apples to oranges. I highly recommend Floors by Roberts and I always tell others when they are looking for this kind of work to be done.
