User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOne of the worst plces to eat in oshkosh. The menu is very plan and the food is cooked by amatures. The bartenders and wait staff are ok when there not already drunk. Surprised its still open.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGood Burgers: Great Place for those pregnancy hamburger cravings. Really fun to be there when the bluegrass people get together to play. And you don't have to sit in the stinky bar to eat.

DDDear Brice, Sorry for your bad Andy's experience. When where you there that bartenders were drunk? Waitstaff were drunk? I'm there alot and have not seen this at all. Interested in more information.
Wow Brice, you must have had a very bad experience. I have been going there for quite some time and never seen the waitstaff or bartender drunk. And above all, Andy's has one of the best Friday fish fry's in the area. Their wraps are excellent also. Everyone has been super friendly as well.
