User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMollys is a great bar, however the people who are managing and those who are staff are very disrespectful to their customers. On December 12th to 13th, there were a group of Asian girls who got into a fight with a Caucasian women . The group of girls immediately left after wards. I was there celebrating a birthday with a few of my friends. Two of my friends who were Asian women (who were not involved in the fight) stepped outside for some fresh air. When they tried to come back in, they were not allowed because they were "involved in a fight". When my friends explained that they had nothing to do with it, one of the security guards said, "I don't want to assume, but I can't let you back in because "Asian girls" were fighting. A few of us (who are asian) tried to explain that none of us had nothing to do with it. I, getting upset about the matter asked for the manager. When the manager came, I tried to explain the situation. He asked me not to raise me voice, but the only reason I did was because the music was loud and I wanted to be heard. The manager's explanation for why my friends could not come back in was because the security guards have the right to revoke anyone from coming in for any reason. I then asked whether or not they were discriminating towards us, and the manager chose to walk away and not to listen to what I had to say. After a few exchanged words, one of the security guards even went to say, "WE DON'T NEED YOUR KIND IN HERE."
People want to have fun and Mollys is a great place to do so. What I don't understand is why people make judgments and discriminate. I mean, my argument is that if a group of Caucasians got in a fight, the bar would not throw out all the other Caucasian customers.
All I am asking for is the respect and rights for everyone.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat night life!: Molly's is the place to be on a Friday or Saturday night in Oshkosh. It is common knowledge among the UW-O Campus. Come in and see the best bartenders Oshkosh has to offer and very good DJ's Chris H. and Glenn. Be sure to say hi to the manager Rick and bartender Erica while you are there!!
