First of all...the whole situation with WLUK is ridiculous! If there were other cable companies that bundled like Time Warner...Time Warner wouldnt exist anymore. Also..the staff at the office on koeller street in Oshkosh is the worst I've ever had to deal with! They are rude and nasty and thats on a good day! I have never been late with a bill, but when ever I have stopped in to ask a question, they act like I am an inconvience to them. Its horrible service! As soon as I can decide on another carrier..Im stuck. But I am looking and it will happen very soon. not only for me, but for many others.
