The Twist is THE place to go in Greenville if you are looking for great ice cream and other yummy treats like cheese curds! We have never had anything but friendly service, although they can get extremely busy at times. A quaint place with a small dining area, inside and out as well as a drive thru. We make sure to get there a few times each summer!

I could not believe the poor customer service we received at "The Twist" in Greenville. The two girls at the counter (Aug 4) never said hello, much less ask us what we would like, in fact looked at us like we were out-of-towners so to speak. They had about three pounds of make-up on and looked like they haven't eaten in months,and stared at my daughter, who does not care about make-up or name brand things, like she was a piece of dirt. It took all I had not to jump across the counter and deck one of them. I don't know what the hiring qualifications are at this place, but all I can say is that I am amazed you're still in business. I will never step foot in that place again. You might want to tell your little princess employees to grow up, and a lesson or two in customer service might not hurt either. Good luck, because I will be spreading the word.
