    Great Surprise!!!!: Excellent food and a fun place to visit. Menu gives the diner alot of variety. Service was excellent. Will certainly go off the main highway to enjoy this fine restaurant in a very charming town.
    Con: Sorry there are only five stars to rate Mimi's

    Beautiful!!: I stopped at Mimi's while some friends and I were shopping in Princeton. The resturant is beautiful, housed in a Victorian storefront in downtown Princeton. Great salad and pizzas and their dinner menu looked awesome as well. Casual yet elegant. Can't wait to return
