User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is my favorite place to go, EVER! The wait is long, but it's only because they make everything FRESH as orders come in! My fav is the penne capriciosa with shrimp. The pizza is delish, too. I've never gotten anything bad here! I live in Waukesha, and always visit when I come back to town. A great place to sit and visit with the family while waiting for the awesome food!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis place is AWESOME the chicken alfreado pizza is a must. I recommend eatting there, check out all the other reviews they may be slow sometimes but the food is good.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsservice was terrible. Ordered 3 items around lunch time, kids chicken tenders, BLT sandwich and Meatball sub. It took 45 minutes for these items to be served to us, that was with us asking twice "how much longer will it be?". When I asked the second time we were told that "the kitchen is really busy". If they were too busy to take our order and get our food to us in a timely manner they should have told us so we could decide if we wanted to wait that long or put a "closed" sign out if they couldn't handle any more orders! Very disappointing! The food was good once we got it. It will be a long, long time until we return!

Did you ask how long it would take? Maybe after the 1st time asking you should have asked how much longer, I bet then you could have decided to keep your order or go somewhere else. Lunch is their busiest time....your lucky it only took 45 min
