Have been a customer for years. Most often the food is great, the salad bar and soup is tremendous BUT...........hope and pray that you don't get a tough or bad steak or other problem with food because the management will not make amends for their errors. Twice now I have ordered the biggest tenderloin they serve, and it was so tough it could not be eaten. Complaining didn't do any good. In fact they brought out another knife to try??? Can you believe that? Here's what we were told.....by the manager......"we don't care if your food is bad, out business is so big we won't miss you". Spread the word, that business is not being run by a professional business person. What ever happened to "The customer is always right?"

The Black Otter Supper Club is one of the best Supper Clubs in the state as far as quality price and service! This year for Christmas we are buying gift cards to the Black Otter instead of buying cheap products from Walmart made in China.
