Grow Green Hydroseeding

When I hired Dave he said that he would guarantee that my grass would grow; if it washed out he would reapply seed until it grew. I am the low lot in my neighborhood and a lot of water runs through my back yard. He put straw and netting on my large hills, but when it rained hard my back yard had a small stream running through it. He sprinkled a few seed twice and then said there was nothing else he could do. I had several large bare spots! He also was not careful around my shrubs and now I am replacing most of them because I can’t get the grass to stop growing in them. I would never use Grow Green Hydro seeding again! He talks the talk until he gets his check and then he is gone!
