User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAbsolutely HORRIBLE customer service, went in to test drive an escape and I didn't like it so I asked to test drive another vehicle and the guy asked me about my intentions of buying. He told me that "we are not a public service" so I drove off the lot. Someone else can have my money in this economy!!

This is a great place to buy a car, I recently bought a 08 mustang here, and I was looking for a very specific one (Bullitt) they didn't have one on the lot but my salesmen (Chris Hoffman) as well as a number of other staff worked all day finding one for me on another lot that had the features I wanted as well as a great price. This is a great dealership with very nice sales people. I still stop in and say hi every time I bring the car in for maintenance or if I have questions or whatnot. They still remember me by name and are always helpful with questions I have. Very good dealership to buy from.

The gentlemen that work in internet at Inver Grove Ford are top-notch. Matt Westberg and Louis are great to work with. They saved me time and got me a great deal. If you are looking for professional, thourough service, give them a call or stop by.
