    Awful business. Extremely rude used car manager - Rich Spah. I was about to buy a car tonight, but I was so turned off by Rich that I decided to do business elsewhere. He was trying to sell me a damaged Toyota Rav4. At one point, he walked away from me. I was so shocked by his action. Do not waste your time there or your money. I don't know whether I looked funny or different or did not have "money" spelled on my sleeve, (I had enough money to be offered a 4.3% financing package via my bank...) but Rich was such a turn off.
