User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSimply the tops: There are a lot of pizzerias using the name Carbone's, but the one in St. Paul on Randolph Avenue is superb in every aspect. For us, the special with shrimp sans anchovies rates above all others. The crust is perfectly thin and crisp, the red sauce has a splash of spice, and it's cut into manageable squares. A large will do a party of two for two meals easily. The only down side to this joint is that it doesn't serve beer or wine. Doh!
