Authentic Island food in Minnesota!?!: Yes, there is authentic Carribbean food in MN. and the food is absolutely delicious. Reminds me of the food I had when I was in Jaimaca, that I have tried so hard to duplicate and can't quite seem to get it right. Well, these extremely nice folks have done it right! The jerk chicken is out of this world, and I have tried all the other dishes on the menu, and I've never gone wrong. The Patties are a must for an appitiser, and don't forget to leave room for desert, the sweet potatoe pie is as good as mom makes!!
