The service must have improved but the rest is downhill at this location. I stopped before work to pick up a bagel with peanut butter. Upon arriving at work with bagel in hand, I discovered a thin veil of peanut butter. I scraped it off and found it measured slighlty above a tablespoon. TOTAL. If you have other options, even the Byerlys on the other side of the street, take advantage of them.

The service here is awful. Most days the two young girls who work the breakfast/lunch shift appear to be so hungover they can barely remember what you ordered. I cannot tell you how many times my order has been messed up-You would think since they are are making the food just for me as I order it, there would be little room for mistakes. Wrong.

For the last 3-4 months I have been going here at least 3 days a week for lunch. The staff never acknowledeges me or knows what I am going to order (I order the same thing every day). Who thought the staff at a fast-food resturant could actually make a person feel like crap when leaving the store? I only wish there was another Brueggers close to me, because the food is awesome.
